A name or location entered in a search tool is sent to the independent provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those terms on our systems.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Contact Us page to request deletion of information a minor submitted.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a copy of data we hold, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Kentucky public records held by agencies are governed separately by the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884.
